Questions and Answers
All of our headwear is lovingly made using two vintage 1930s knitting machines. With multiple colour ranges and custom specifications for every product, it’s a detailed process. After knitting, we still wash, dry, cut, sew and press each item by hand—every step is done in-house by our small family team.
Because everything is handmade and artisan-crafted, restocks happen daily in small batches as items sell out. We're doing our best to keep up with demand and truly appreciate your support.
We hope to add more knitting machines in the future, which will help us bring even more colours and headwear styles to life!
In the meantime, please check back often—your favourite colour might be back in stock sooner than you think!
To keep your merino headwear looking its best, we recommend hand washing with a gentle wool detergent and laying it flat to dry. Please do not tumble dry.

Since each piece is completely handmade from delicately knitted fabric, treat your headwear with care—especially around jewellery, which can catch and cause snags.
We know you’re excited to receive your headwear (and we’re excited to send it!), but please open your parcel carefully—avoid using sharp objects that could accidentally cut the fabric.
We hope you love your new headwear, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

No! We use ultra-fine Merino wool, which is incredibly soft and gentle on the skin. Our headwear is designed to be itch-free and comfortable for all-day wear.
We’ve experimented with materials like cotton and bamboo for our Beanie Wraps, but these fibres don’t have the same stretch, feel, or performance as Merino wool. That’s why our Beanie Wraps are made exclusively from 100% ultra-fine Merino wool.
Our headwear is designed as one size fits all and comfortably fits a wide range of head sizes. As a small business with limited materials and knitting machines, we currently only produce this one versatile size.
You can find men and women all wearing the same one-sized beanie wraps on our product listings.
